a) The campaign is available for all Dukhan Bank’s customers who are using Credit Cards, including supplementary cards. Offer is valid for all transactions performed at POS including contactless and ecommerce using DB credit cards for both local and international usage
b) The campaign is for the period of 1 month i.e. Valid till Jan 13th 2023
c) 18 winners to win 22,000 Dawards points each
d) DB (Dukhan Bank) is not liable for any taxation of any kind arising from any changes required by the winner
e) Draw qualification criteria: As per the below table
Minimum Spends
- QAR 1,200 spend in a week or QAR4800 in the campaign period
- Each customer can win once only during the campaign period
- Draw to happen after the campaign
f) Eligible transactions:
- Local or international POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
- Local or international contactless transactions.
- Local or international digital payment (i.e. Apple Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).
- Local or international e-commerce transactions
g) Non-eligible transactions:
- Cash advance, donations, fees and charges.
- Any transaction that falls under MCC code 9399 (Government transactions)
- Any other transaction that the bank deems as non-eligible as being performed on behalf of another person instead of cardholder (e.g. government transactions, utilities, etc.).
h) In case the prize is won based on a supplementary card transaction, the prize will be given to the primary credit cardholder only.
i) Dukhan Bank employees are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
j) Each credit cardholder will be entitled to a single prize irrespective of the eligibility criteria that he / she may comply with.
k) During the raffle draw, the following details will be extracted from Dukhan Bank system and be shared with third parties such as Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Visa or Mastercard for the purpose of this campaign only including but not limited to: customer name, QID, phone number.
l) Dukhan Bank reserves the right to disqualify any winner from receiving the prize in its sole discretion.
m) Dukhan Bank reserves the right to conduct a new draw to replace any winner(s) who subsequently was found to be unreachable on the contact details provided to the bank within 5 working days from the raffle draw date with prior approval from Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
n) The bank may in case of isolated circumstances, at any time without prior notice, replace or substitute the prize being offered under the promotion with another prize of equivalent or similar value, at the sole discretion of Dukhan Bank with prior approval from Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
o) Once the winners(s) have been selected and have been informed of their win, should a winner not claim and / or receive the prize within 30 days from the raffle draw date or for whatever reasons, Dukhan Bank reserves the right to notify the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and conduct another draw to replace the winner with a substitute or use the prize for another purpose at the bank’s discretion. The bank will not be responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the delay in the pick-up of the prize or for the expiration of any vouchers.
p) Dukhan Bank will not be responsible for any third-party issues / additional requirements or anything whatsoever in relation to the specification of the prize form the time is handed over to the winner.
q) Dukhan Bank is not liable to any taxation of any kind arising from that may occur from the winner’s nationality, country of residence or payment commission and will not be held responsible to make any tax payments of any kind. The winner will be liable to make all necessary tax payments and to take any necessary notification to appropriate authorities.
r) In all matters relating to this campaign, Dukhan Bank’s decision and records shall be final and binding. All other cards and General Terms and conditions of the bank to apply.
s) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Qatar and state of Qatar court shall have jurisdiction to hear and settle any dispute arising in connection to this campaign.
