Cardless Withdrawal

Transfer money from your account to your beneficiary through any Dukhan Bank ATM, within minutes.

Now, enjoy the Cardless Cash Withdrawal service which allows you to transfer money through the app, from your bank account to any Dukhan Bank ATM, to anyone within Qatar. Your beneficiary will be able to collect it from the ATM without even having a card. Be it transferring money to a family member or paying your electrician, do it all at ease. 

How it works

Using the Dukhan Bank App you can initiate the transaction using the Qatari mobile number of your beneficiary. Your beneficiary (the recipient) can withdraw the cash through any of the Dukhan Bank ATMs spread across the country. 

*The daily limit is only QAR 1000 per day.

The Sender

  • Login to your Dukhan Bank mobile application 
  • Add a new Cardless Withdrawal beneficiary
  • Choose “My Transfers” from main screen
  • Choose “Beneficiaries” then “Add New Beneficiary”
  • Initiate Cardless Withdrawal request 
  • Choose “My Transfers” from main screen
  • Choose “Cardless withdrawal” then “New Transfer”
  • Select the “Beneficiary” and fill out the transaction details

 SMS Notification

  • Receive an SMS alert from Dukhan Bank that a new Cardless Cash Withdrawal request has been initiated along with beneficiary details (name and mobile number)
  • Receive another SMS with a One-time password “OTP” valid for 24 hours, to be shared with the beneficiary

     

The Receiver

Recipient should visit any active Dukhan Bank ATM and enter the following details:

  • Press any key
  • Select “Cardless Cash Withdrawal”
  • Enter the 5-digit code “OTP” 

The amount available to be withdrawn (in QAR) will be automatically displayed to the recipient upon successful authentication of “OTP” and the cash will be dispensed

 

Cancel request

  • Login to your Dukhan Bank mobile application
  • Choose “My Transfers” from main screen
  • Choose the required request to be canceled from the list and press “Cancel”
  • You will receive a SMS notification with an “OTP” to enter on your mobile banking application
  • Another SMS will be sent to you after successful cancelation

  • Login to your Dukhan Bank mobile application 
  • Choose “My Bills” from main screen
  • Choose “Charity” and fill out the donation details then click “Pay”

SMS Notification

  • You will receive an SMS notification with the donation details

At Dukhan Bank ATMs

Charity payment

  • Use your valid debit card then enter the PIN
  • Choose “Others” from main screen 
  • Choose “Charity Donations” then “Charity Organization”
  • Choose “Charity Product”
  • Choose the “Donation amount” or you can select another amount 

SMS Notification

  • You will receive an SMS notification with the donation details

HOW TO USE THE CARDLESS WITHDRAWAL SERVICE?

If you are a registered user of Dukhan Bank Mobile Application then simply log on to your mobile app.

If you are a new customer or not yet registered on Dukhan Bank Mobile application then you need to get the registration done.

To register on the Mobile App

  • Download Dukhan Bank Mobile App from your App Store
  • Tap on the register button
  • Put in your active debit card number and PIN
  • Create your user ID and password
