COVID-19 National Response Guarantee Program
Corporate Banking Customers registered on Dukhan Bank’s WPS can now apply for the National Response Guarantee Program. This program, launched to help navigate through the impact of COVID-19 situation by supporting the most critical short term payments private sector companies with salaries and rental dues , over the course of the next 3 months(April,May,June 2020).
Eligibility
- 100% privately owned companies incorporated under the regulation applicable to Qatar that got impacted negatively by the COVID-19
- Must have a valid Commercial Registration issued from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- Must not operate in the real estate, construction and contracting industries
Components financed by the program
- Employee salaries as per the WPS for a period of up to 3 months paid on a monthly pro-rata basis
- Rental dues (factory, business outlet, warehouse and labor accommodation rent) for a period of up to 3 months paid on a monthly pro-rata basis.
Beneficiary collateral required
- Personal guarantee issued by the Qatari partner covering 100% of the amount financing
Documents required for applying to the program
- Customer request
- Qatari applicant QID
- Active CR
- Proof of having valid and attested rental agreement dated minimum 3 months before April 1st 2020
