Faseel and Jeelkum accounts are extensions of existing Faseel and Jeelkum Savings Accounts, where a customer can open new accounts and benefit from a high profit rate.
Dukhan Bank profit rates are published under the profit announced section on the website. These are the historically announced rates. The expected profit rate for Faseel and Jeelkum accounts is 2%.
The minimum amount of investment is QAR 2 million and maximum is QAR 4 million. However you can open up to a maximum of 5 accounts and thereby invest QAR 20 million with the Bank.
Balances under Faseel and Jeelkum are invested as per the concept of Mudarabha. Details of Mudarabha are outlined under the Banking Terms and Conditions. Any balances in excess of QAR 4 million will earn the profit on QAR 4 million. Balances less than QAR 2million in an account will earn the profit announced on Savings Account.
There is no restriction on the number of withdrawals however to be entitled for Faseel and Jeelkum accounts profit rate, the number of withdrawals should not exceed ONE in a month’s period as per calendar year.
You can open up to a maximum of 5 accounts per customer. However you need to have a credit card or a finance deal with the Bank once you wish to open the third accounts onwards.

All Qatari residents having valid Qatari Identification Card. The product is available for both nationals as well as expatriates.
