Dukhan Bank introduces the fastest and easiest way to send money around the world using Western Union’s Account Based Money Transfer service through bank channels ATM and Mobile Banking.

This service enables Dukhan Bank customers to transfer funds online using the simple steps mentioned below without wasting their time in long queues.

    Mobile Banking

    Add Beneficiary

    • Login to your Dukhanbank mobile application
    • Add a new Western union beneficiary
    • Choose “My Transfers”  from main screen
    • Choose “Beneficiaries” then Add new Beneficiary

    Send Money

    • Choose  “My Transfers”  from main screen
    • Choose  “Western Union” then New Transfer
    • Select the Beneficiary and fill out the transaction details

    Don’t forget to share the transfer details  (MTCN number) with your beneficiary

    Refund Transaction

    You can refund western union transfer using the mobile application, as long as the transfer status is “Available” (the receiver didn’t collect the fund yet).

    Follow the below steps to Refund:

    Mobile Banking:

    • Choose  “My Transfers”  from main screen
    • From the transaction history screen, choose the transaction to refund
    • Tap the “Refund” button
    • Confirm on the transfer details

    HOW TO USE THE WESTERN UNION SERVICE?

    If you are a registered user of  Dukhan Bank Mobile Application then simply log on to your mobile app.

    If you are a new customer or not yet registered on Dukhan Bank Mobile application then you need to get the registration done.

    To register on the Mobile App

    • Download Dukhan Bank Mobile App from your App Store
    • Tap on the register button
    • Put in your active debit card number and PIN
    • Create your user ID and password
