Mastercard Airport Pass MEA

Your airport lounge access is now digital and contactless via the Mastercard Airport Pass App. 

The previous program leveraging the airport lounge network of Lounge Key / Priority Pass will be discontinued on January 31st, 2022. Access based on physical Mastercard, or Priority Pass card will no longer be accepted. The new program is powered by DragonPass and can be accessed through the Mastercard Airport Pass App.

The Mastercard Airport Pass MEA App offers several benefits:

  • Easy registration and ability to enroll multiple Mastercard cards within the same app
  • Geo location capability which displays the lounges nearby 
  • Clear benefit entitlement displayed for the cardholder’s specific Mastercard, leading to lower complaints 
  • Contactless entry at the lounge using a QR code (offline lounge access possible using customer membership number available within the app) 
  • Encouraging top of wallet behavior with ability to purchase accompanying guest passes from the same card on the app 
  • Ability to view Visit history
  • Receiving e-receipts for applicable charges 
  • End-to-end digital fulfilment (access only through mobile app QR code and not by showing physical Mastercard)

How to register?

  • A digital and contactless experience awaits you now when you download the “Mastercard Airport Pass MEA” App:
  • Download the “Mastercard Airport Pass MEA” App from Google Play or the App Store
  • Register your Dukhan Bank Mastercard 
  • Check the lounges near you and clarify if you are eligible for complimentary access* 
  • Generate and present a QR code to the lounge receptionist to access the lounge

*Complimentary access entitlement and fees for you or your guest will vary according to card tier and type. If applicable, fees will be charged to the Mastercard registered on the app. If you have registered multiple cards, ensure the correct card has been selected as default.

Entitlement will vary depending on card tier. The latest list of lounges is available on the app.

Each cardholder, primary and supplementary, should show their individual QR code or DragonPass membership number to avoid guest charges.
