Liquidity Provision
Dukhan Bank has entered into Liquidity Provision (LP) agreements with QNB Financial Services (QNBFS), Wasata Financial Securities (Wasata) and Commercial Bank Financial Services (CBQFS) for its shares listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange, in accordance with the LP scheme approved by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA).
LP services, from the approved providers, commenced on the following dates, respectively:
1. QNBFS: Monday, 27 February 2023;
2. CBQFS: Wednesday, 15 March 2023; and
3. Wasata: Monday, 13 March 2023.
The LP service is intended to improve liquidity by facilitating increased market depth and trading volumes in shares issued by Dukhan Bank.
The LP reports will be provided on a quarterly basis:
