Fraudulent Card Misuse Protection

All Visa Infinite cards will be protected against unauthorized transactions or fraudulent use of their card by unrelated third parties. This insurance benefit will provide reimbursement up to USD 3,000 per occurrence with USD 5,000 annual aggregate limit for Visa Infinite Cardholders.

Cover applies to:

Unauthorized charges for which cardholder is responsible that occur 48 hours prior to the cardholder first reporting loss or theft of their Visa Infinite card to the issuer

Unauthorized charges incurred in the two (2) months prior to the cardholder first reporting the event to the issuer made while their Visa Infinite card remained in the cardholder’s possession through:

· in-store,

· telephone,

· ATM withdrawals,

· on-line purchase(s),

· by using cardholders’ eligible card information

Principal conditions include:

· Cardholder must report unauthorized charges, loss or theft of the card to the Issuer immediately and provide written notice of the claim within 30 days

· For potential claims advices, Cardholder should follow the instructions described on the benefits portal and within their benefit terms and conditions

· As for all our insurance benefits, Cardholder accounts must be valid and in good standing for coverage to apply

Details of Cover:

· In the event a cardholder is liable to reimburse a licensed rental agency for costs arising from material damage to a Rental Vehicle during the period of hire resulting from damage, fire, vandalism, or theft of the Rental Vehicle during a Covered Trip

· Provides cover up to $50,000 per annum

· The Driver will be covered when renting only one passenger car at any one time

· Cover is granted for the duration specified in the rental agreement, but no more than 31 days

· Maximum retail purchase price not exceeding $100,000

· Cost of the rental vehicle must be charged to the covered card (Visa Infinite)

Event Ticket Cancellation

Event Ticket Cancellation provides Visa Infinite Cardholders with extra peace of mind when purchasing event tickets with their card. With Event Ticket Cancellation, Visa Infinite Cardholders can simply focus on enjoying unique experiences.

Details of Cover:

Cardholders will be reimbursed if they cannot

attend an Event as a result of certain unavoidable

circumstances including the following:

• Unforeseen serious illness, injury or death

• The Common Carrier being used to get to the Event location does not run to its scheduled timetable; or

• The vehicle a cardholder is travelling in break down or has an accident or is delayed

• Events include but are not limited to an official sporting occasion, music concert, exhibition, educational / cultural tour, cinema, theatre, theme park or military display

• Provides cover up to $250 per ticket, $1,000 per occurrence

• Cost of ticket must be charged to the covered card

Buyers Protection

Buyers Protection provides Visa Infinite Cardholders with extra peace of mind when purchasing an eligible item. Using their Visa Infinite card or payment device to pay for an Eligible Item, purchased in-store or online, your cardholders will receive complimentary Buyers Protection Insurance, providing cover for theft, accidental damage or non-delivery of eligible purchases, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the policy.

Applicability:

· Full payment of purchased items must be made with their Visa Infinite card either in store or online.

· New item purchases only

· Coverage for a maximum of 365 days from date of purchase.

· Only coverage for Accidental Damage in respect of mobile phones

· 28 from incident date to submit a claim but Cardholder must report within 24 hours of discovery in case of theft.

· Particular limits apply to online purchases that are not delivered or damaged in transit.
