Download and register on Dukhan Mobile to view and redeem your points. You can book services directly with your points or transfer them to Qatar Airways, Nojoom, Shurkan or for e-vouchers. 

How to Earn Dukhan Bank Rewards?

As a Dukhan Bank customer, you will be able to earn points every time you use one of the following products and services, which can be redeemed to purchase exciting and unique rewards.

Platinum: QAR 8
Signature: QAR 6

Infinite (Retail): QAR 5

Take a new primary credit card (one time)
Upon the first transaction of QAR 1,000 or above

World and Signature: 10,000 DAwards

    HOW TO ACTIVATE MY DAWARDS ACCOUNT?

    If you are a registered user of Dukhan Mobile, then simply log on to your mobile app where you could view and redeem your points.

    If you are a new customer or haven’t yet registered on Dukhan Mobile, then you need to register to view and redeem your points.

    To register on the Mobile App:

    • Download Dukhan Mobile from your App Store
    • Tap on the register button
    • Put in your active debit card number and PIN
    • Create your user ID and password

      

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    a) A valid credit card is mandatory to register for DAwards.
    b) DAwards are valid for a period of 24 months as per the expiry of points.
    c) In the event that a credit card is cancelled, the earned points will expire immediately.
    d) DAwards are non-transferrable.
    e) Dukhan Bank holds the right to amend the terms of earning and redemption with or without prior notice.
    f) Minimum 10,000 DAwards are required to redeem at Qatar Airways and Nojoom.
    g) Minimum 5,000 DAwards are required to redeem for Shukran and minimum QAR 50 for gift voucher.
    h) The bank and its employees are not responsible for the quality and features of any product or services redeemed from DAwards’ portal.
