How to Earn Dukhan Bank Rewards?

As a Dukhan Bank customer, you will be able to earn points every time you use one of the following products and services, which can be redeemed to purchase exciting and unique rewards.

 

Credit Cards: Earn 1 Dukhan Bank Reward Point when you spend* QAR

Gold: QAR 10

Platinum: QAR 8

Qatar Charity Cobrand: QAR 6

Signature: QAR 6

World: QAR 6

Infinite (Retail): QAR 5

Take a new primary credit card (one time)

Upon the first transaction of QAR 1000 or above

Platinum: 5,000 Dukhan Reward Points

World and Signature: 10,000 Dukhan Reward Points

Infinite(Retail): 15,000 Dukhan Reward Points
Transfer your salary to the bank (one time)

Monthly Salary range

    How to Activate my Dukhan Bank Rewards Account?

    If you are a registered user of  Dukhan Bank Mobile Application then simply log on to your mobile app where you could view and redeem your points

    If you are a new customer or not yet registered on Dukhan Bank Mobile application then you need to get the registration done to view and redeem your points

    To register on the Mobile App

    • Download Dukhan Bank Mobile App from your App Store
    • Tap on the register button
    • Put in your active debit card number and PIN
    • Create your user ID and password

      

    Terms and conditions

    a) A valid credit card is mandatory to register for Dukhan Bank Rewards.
    b) Dukhan Bank Rewards are valid for a period of 24 months as per the expiry of points.
    c) In the event that a credit card is cancelled, the earned points will expire immediately.
    d) Rewards points are non-transferrable.
    e) Dukhan Bank holds the right to amend the terms of earning and redemption with or without prior notice.
    f) Minimum 10,000 points required to redeem at Qatar Airways and Nojoom.
    g) Minimum 5,000 points required to redeem for Shukran and minimum QAR 50 for gift voucher.
    h) The bank and its employees are not responsible for the quality and features of any product or services redeemed from Dukhan Bank’s Rewards portal.
