Yes, you will earn points on any airline or hotel rewards programme you may already be a member of. For example, if you are a member of Qatar Airways Privilege Club, you will also earn points on your Dukhan Bank Rewards account.
You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] with your booking reference for all traveller(s). You must present this receipt when you check in.

There will be a minimum charge of QAR130 when doing so. Additional charges depend on the hotel/airline you are dealing with. Most airline fares as well as hotel rates vary with the dates, so you may be subject to their charges if you wish to cancel or modify your booking.
Yes, your points will be returned to your account and you will be able to use them in the future. This is subject to the airline cancellation policy of which you will be notified before you confirm your booking.
Your points will expire within 2 years of the date that you earn them. You may check this on the "Points Summary" tab on the Dukhan Bank Rewards portal.
Yes, you may book a trip to more than one city/destination.
No, all your confirmation number(s) will be detailed in your confirmation email.
This depends on the airport you are flying from. Some airports may require you to pay taxes. In Qatar, you are not required to pay any additional charges or taxes at the airport.
Yes, you can. Our Dukhan Bank Rewards portal will allow you to book for a friend or family member and allow them to enjoy the benefits of Dukhan Bank Rewards.
