High profit, instant access and flexibility are the key benefit of Faseel account. Only one Faseel account is permitted per customer which has only one monthly withdrawal without affecting the profit rate payable
Minimum balance is QAR 10,000
Profit is calculated on funds QAR 2 million or less
- Profit on Faseel Saving Account for a month is calculated on minimum balance of the month and is paid every month.
- More than one (1) withdrawal (any mode of transaction including retail transaction at any retail store through POS) in a month will also result in a reduction of profit rate to our regular savings account profit rate.

Any child under age of 18. Accounts are subject to Shari’ah and civil law
- Only the parents or guardian (subject to specific powers bestowed on such guardian in a Court Order) may make withdrawals from the Minor's Account until the minor reaches adult hood.
- Upon reaching adulthood the parents or guardian shall not be permitted to further operate the minor’s account and the account shall be converted into a normal account and shall require new account forms being submitted by the minor upon reaching majority.
Dukhan Bank provides customers with two types of deposits, namely; Fixed Deposit and Call Account.
The features of fixed deposit:
- Minimum deposit amount: QAR: 15,000, Euro: 7,500, Pound Sterling: 5,000, USD: 7,500
- Different maturity terms: One month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year.
Yes, the customer can break the fixed deposit and contact the Bank regarding profits.
Yes, all Dukhan Bank customers are eligible for an instant Cheque Book (This is subject to approval, provisions and conditions of Dukhan Bank).

Inform Police and obtain a report which includes the cheque numbers. Bank will stop payment only if original police report is provided

Yes, Dukhan Bank has an approved list of brokers.
instead of a situation where the purchaser buys the property and borrows the money from the bank and pays interest as in a Conventional mortgage, in an Islamic mortgage the bank, owns the property on behalf of the customer and the customer buys it back over time from the bank by paying rent to the bank. This is the case for an Ijara Mortgage which is being offered by Dukhan. When agreeing to buy the property the purchaser is required to sign a document which assigns the rights to own the property to the Bank. The customer signs an Ijara Agreement with the bank which outlines the terms under which the customer rents the property from the bank. At the end of the rental term (up to 20 years) the bank sells the property to the customer for a nominal amount. The assignment document is notarized at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar to ensure all parties are suitably protected.

You can apply for a Dukhan Bank credit card by simply transferring your salary to Dukhan Bank, or making a cash deposit.
For Salary Transfer:

Cards which expire are renewed one month before the expiry period and are dispatched to the customers Dukhan Bank Branch for handover to the customer

Credit Card statements are generated on the 10th day of each month.
The due date is 1st of the month after the statement is generated.
Dukhan Bank account holders can pay through phone banking, internet banking, and account (balance) transfer.
Yes, you can access your Charge Card information anytime you want by calling the Customer Care center, phone banking or by accessing Dukhan Bank internet banking website. This facility is currently available to Dukhan Bank account holders only.

You can get instant cash at the wide network of ATM’s worldwide displaying the Visa and/or Mastercard symbol. You can withdraw cash up to the full credit limit; this is subject to additional charges.

To report a lost or stolen Charge Card, call our Customer Care Centre on 8008555 or though Dukhan bank website. Bank should be notified immediately as the Bank is not liable for any transactions performed prior to reporting card stolen or lost. Once reported we will block your account immediately so no unauthorized charges can be made.
Credit Card disputes must be made in writing. We must hear from you no later than 30 days after we sent the first statement on which the problem or error appeared. This will enable us to begin inquiry and resolve the issue for you. You can do this by visiting any of our branches or in writing to us.
Your letter please enclose the below listed information:
